Executive Partner
Bureau Ritter is an international non-profit organisation in Berlin that develops innovative cultural policy strategies and sustainable funding programmes in the arts, culture and education.

Cornelia Walter
Cornelia Walter has worked for many years at the Kulturforum riesa efau in Dresden, initially in public relations and later as head of the Sommerakademie für Bildende Kunst. At the same time, she was co-editor of the Dresdner Kulturmagazin, from 2004 to 2011 as editor-in-chief. From 2012 to 2016, she was a consultant for performing arts and literature at the Dresden Department of Culture and then worked as artistic project manager and personal assistant to the general director at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus, most recently as a member of the management team. Since January 2025, she has been the programme director of “Übermorgen – Neue Modelle für Kulturinstitutionen” at Bureau Ritter.
Claudia Engels
From 2013 to 2015, Claudia Engels organized various events at the büro für kulturelle angelegenheiten at the interface of art, education, politics and science, including for the German Federal Cultural Foundation and the Federal Agency for Civic Education. From 2015 to 2019, she was project coordinator for the pioneering project RomArchive – Digital Archive of the Sinti and Roma. Since August 2020, she has been working in project management at Bureau Ritter, including for “Übermorgen – Neue Modelle für Kulturinstitutionen”.

Constanze Meinhold
Constanze Meinhold worked in the Berlin hotel industry from 1988 to 2007, most recently as director at the Hotel Berliner Hof. She was office manager at Gorilla Natürlich Fastfood and commercial director of the non-profit organization starke familie e.V. until December 2021. She joined Bureau Ritter in March 2015 and has been in charge of HR and financial administration together with Christof Müller since January 2022.

Esther Ningelgen
After working as a freelance assistant director and project manager, Esther Ningelgen became head of public relations at the inclusive RambaZamba Theater in Berlin in 2011. From 2013, she was deputy director there and co-director from 2015 to 2017. She then moved to Schauspiel Leipzig, where she worked for five years as press spokesperson and head of public relations. Since August 2022, she has been responsible for communications at Bureau Ritter, including the “Übermorgen – Neue Modelle für Kulturinstitutionen” programme.

Anna-Lina Pyrskalla
Anna-Lina Pyrskalla worked in dramaturgy and costume design at various theaters in Magdeburg, Dessau and Berlin between 2013 and 2019. She then worked for several years as a PR consultant at a Berlin agency. From 2022 to 2024, she was part of the press team at the Berliner Festspiele. Since February 2025, she has joined the team at Bureau Ritter as a communications associate, in particular for the programme “Übermorgen – Neue Modelle für Kulturinstitutionen”.

German Federal Cultural Foundation
Project Management & Funding
The German Federal Cultural Foundation, based in Halle an der Saale, is one of the largest publicly funded cultural foundations in Europe. For twenty years, it has been funding innovative projects in all artistic fields, setting its own funding priorities with programs such as “Übermorgen” and supporting selected festivals with international appeal.

Antonia Lahmé
Antonia Lahmé studied German language and literature, philosophy, political science and theater, film and television studies in Cologne and Paris. After working as a dramaturge for municipal theaters and international theater festivals, she has been a research assistant for programme development at the KSB since 2004, including the conception of the funding programmes “Jedem Kind ein Instrument”, “Kulturagenten für kreative Schulen”, “hochdrei – Stadtbibliotheken verändern”, “Tanzland”, “TRAFO – Modelle für Kultur im Wandel”, “Übermorgen” as well as various congresses and academies. She has been Deputy Head of the Programme Department since 2023. Antonia Lahmé lives in Halle an der Saale, where she was appointed to the Culture Committee as a non-party expert resident.

Hannah Crass
After studying English in Leipzig and Leeds, Hannah Crass completed a traineeship in the advertising department of Carl Hanser Verlag in 2016. Between 2017 and 2019, she held various positions in public relations and communications at several companies in the private sector. Since 2020, she has been working in the communications department of the German Federal Cultural Foundation, where she has been responsible for programs such as “hochdrei – Stadtbibliotheken verändern”, “Tanzland”, “Zero” and currently “LOKAL” and “Übermorgen”.
