The KMM Institute
For more than 35 years, the Institute for Arts and Media Management (KMM) at the University of Music and Theatre Hamburg has been offering a wide range of training and continuing education programmes for the qualification of cultural and media professionals.
With its interdisciplinary networking, a consistent interweaving of theory and practice and a focus on leadership and transformation, the KMM Institute is one of the most influential places of learning and innovation for cultural and media practice. Prof. Dr. Martin Zierold and Marlene Troidl contribute this expertise to the design of the Zukunftsforen in the “Übermorgen – Neue Modelle für Kulturinstitutionen” programme and thus accompany the development of future projects.

Prof. Dr. Martin Zierold is head of the KMM Institute and holds a professorship in cultural management.
